Including how to reduce the Kw required from a fuel cell by placing it in a light tram as compared with a bus.

The buses that were on test in London required a 250Kw cell a tram the same size requires a 25Kw cell.

Using ULR it would be possible for even small towns say 60K people to use a tram based public transport system.
