This plant was in operation until decommissioning in April 2009. All the equipment, including the buildings, was recorded to facilitate the re-build. This station is stored inside and will be sold either ex works or if preferred rebuilt and commissioned.

All within a steel framed metal clad and insulated building.
The plant has been operated and maintained by our associates in accordance with the manufactures instructions and schedules. They will, if required, reassemble the whole station, re-commission and, if appropriate, maintain and operate the plant.
ENGINES and ANCILLARY PLANT
The station was built in 1997. The three generating sets are individually housed in concrete cells providing a high degree of sound attenuation.
Component parts have decommissioned, labelled, protected and stored by our associates to keep the re-build cost to a minimum.
The units have been operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and are being thoroughly overhauled prior to re-siting. They are available for inspection in our associate’s works in Hereford

MAIN ITEMS OF PLANT
Genset Control Panels
Individual two panel genset control and monitoring board with all control and power cables, instrumentation and protection.
Pump Room
Engine water and oil cooling circuits showing plate heat exchangers and exhaust silencers above. The engine cells are to the left off the picture.
MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCHBOARD
Five panel ABB 11000 volt switchboard with three genset incomers, one station transformer feeder and one mains outgoing breaker.
Battery charging panels [and mains protection panel in background]
24v and 110v battery charging panels
500kVA 11000volts/415volts DYn11 cast resin dry type transformer in main switchroom.

Petrostar is interested to receive an offer for two power plants working in desert condition. The power plant will work as prime having as backup one 20 kV network. One power plant shall be 15 MW and seccond to be 10 MW.
The Client asks for gas engine generators (individual unit to be 2.5 – 3 MW each) wit all facilities for parallel running, load management system, temporary (short time) paralleling with network, all facilities (dc and ac UPS, black start, Fire and Gas system,etc.).
Can you Provide us some details and specific documents. We are in the phase to issue ITT package.

With regards to the Wartsila Generating Plant offered then. This plant offered in complete state including all HV switchgear, Radiator Cooling System, Generator Control, Gas Control and Protection.
In fact our offer includes everything for a turn-key project including the modifications we would need to make to incorporate and synchronise to your electrical distribution.
The generators in question have just completed a 12,000 hour service, carried out by Wartsila, although the running hours on each unit are less the 10,000.
